Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 2/3 c
- baking soda - 1 tsp
- molasses - 1/4 c
- sour milk - 3/4 c
- corn meal - 1/3 c
- melted lard shortening - 1 Tbsp
How to make corn cake:
Mix all ingredients together thoroughly and put in greased square cake pan. Bake at 375° about 30 minutes or until cake tester comes out clean.Recipe categories: Brazilian, Healthy, South american.
