Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- medium onion - 1 item
- can water - 1/2 item
- stick oleo - 1/2 item
- celery, chopped - 1 c
- can cream-style corn - 1 item
- box Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix seasoned - 1 item
How to make corn balls:
Saute onion and celery. Add to stuffing mix. Add corn, egg and water. Make into balls. Place in baking dish. Melt 1/2 stick oleo and pour over. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Corn, Cuban.
