Ingredients/Components

  • sour cream - 1 c
  • margarine - 1/4 lb
  • can whole kernel corn - 1 item
  • Jiffy corn muffin mix - 1 pkg
  • can crushed corn - 1 item
  • egg optional - 1 item

How to make corn bake:

Melt the margarine in a large casserole, then add all the other ingredients and mix well. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 1 hour. Serve hot.
