Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 1 oz
  • can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
  • grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • stick oleo - 1 item
  • cans Mexicorn - 2 oz

How to make corn and rice casserole:

Cook rice according to package. When done, add oleo. Stir until melted. Stir in soup and cheese. Pour into a greased casserole dish (9 x 13). Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes, uncovered.
