Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- stick oleo - 1 item
- cans Mexicorn - 2 oz
How to make corn and rice casserole:
Cook rice according to package. When done, add oleo. Stir until melted. Stir in soup and cheese. Pour into a greased casserole dish (9 x 13). Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes, uncovered.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Long Grain rice.
