Ingredients/Components

  • eggs - 2 item
  • melted margarine - 6 Tbsp
  • chopped onion - 1/2 c
  • chopped broccoli - 2 pkg
  • cans creamed corn - 2 item
  • plain bread crumbs - 1 c
  • or 4 slices bacon, cut up - 3 item
  • or more shredded cheese American or Cheddar - 1 c

How to make corn and broccoli casserole:

Mix all ingredients, except bacon, together. Put in 9 x 13-inch greased baking dish. Place bacon on top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or more until done.
