  • vinegar - 3/4 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • can tomato sauce - 1 oz
  • mustard - 1 tsp
  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • carrots, cooked - 4 c
  • large green pepper, rings - 1 item
  • DRESSING:1/2 c

How to make copper penny salad:

Toss together carrots, onion and green pepper.DRESSING:1/2 c. oil1 c. sugar1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1 (6 oz.) can tomato sauce1 tsp. mustard3/4 c. vinegar Blend together all ingredients. Pour over salad and mix. Refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
