Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 oz
- green pepper, sliced - 1 item
- large onion, sliced - 1 item
- carrots, cooked and sliced or 2 1 lb - 2 lb
How to make copper penny salad:
Combine vegetables in large bowl. Combine remaining ingredients. Pour over vegetables. Toss lightly. Refrigerate several hours before serving.Recipe categories: Holiday, Salads, Side dish.
