Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- cider vinegar - 1/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- cans cut carrots - 2 oz
- thin sliced green bell pepper - 1 item
How to make copper penny salad:
Mix undiluted soup, sugar, mustard, pepper, salad oil, vinegar, salt and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to boil. Let cool for a few minutes and pour over carrots and bell peppers. Chill before serving.Recipe categories: Holiday, Salads, Side dish.
