Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1/4 tsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- carrots - 2 lb
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- small onions, sliced in rings - 2 item
How to make copper pennies:
Peel, slice thin and cook carrots and salt in water until tender; drain. Mix other ingredients with carrots; let stand overnight. Good hot or cold.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
