Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- medium green peppers - 2 item
- medium onions - 2 item
- medium size carrots - 2 lb
How to make copper pennies:
Cut carrots diagonally and cook in salted water until tender (drain). Cut green peppers and onions; add to drained carrots. Combine and heat soup, sugar, oil, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and vinegar; pour over carrots and let set overnight.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
