Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/3 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- carrots, peeled and sliced - 2 lb
- large green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- medium onions, thinly sliced - 2 item
How to make copper pennies:
Boil carrots in salted water until fork-tender; drain. Mix carrots with onions and green pepper. Heat the remaining ingredients until completely blended. Pour over vegetables. Refrigerate overnight.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
