- sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- pepper - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- mustard - 1 Tbsp
- carrots - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
How to make copper pennies:
Cook first 6 ingredients together. Parboil carrots and slice. Spray pan with Pam. Layer carrots, 1 onion and peppers with sauce. Pour remaining sauce over carrots and refrigerate 3 or 4 days.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
