Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2/3 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- can tomato sauce - 10 oz
- mustard - 1 tsp
- basil - 1/2 tsp
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- green pepper - 1 item
- red onion - 1 item
- cans sliced carrots - 2 item
How to make copper pennies:
Drain carrots and set aside. Chop green pepper and onion. Add all ingredients except carrots and mix well. Add carrots and marinate for several hours or overnight. Drain and serve.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
