Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vinegar - 3/4 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- prepared mustard - 1 tsp
- carrots - 2 lb
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- can tomato soup - 1 item
- medium onion, sliced - 1 item
- medium green pepper, sliced - 1 item
How to make copper pennies:
Slice carrots and boil until tender. Cool and alternate layers of carrots, pepper and onion. Make marinade of remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour over mixture and refrigerate for at least 24 hours.Recipe categories: Low protein, Low sodium, Salads.
