  • sugar
  • vinegar - 3/4 c
  • salad oil - 1/2 c
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
  • prepared mustard - 1 tsp
  • can tomato soup - 1 item
  • onions, sliced - 2 item
  • sweet peppers, sliced - 2 item
  • carrots, sliced, cooked, drained and cooled - 2 lb

How to make copper pennies:

Dressing:3/4 c. sugar3/4 c. vinegar1/2 c. salad oil1 tsp. prepared mustard1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1 can tomato soup Combine dressing ingredients and beat well. Pour over carrots, peppers and onions. Refrigerate overnight.
