  • butter, softened - 2/3 c
  • eggs - 3 item
  • chopped pecans - 1 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • flour
  • baking powder
  • chocolate chips
  • box brown sugar - 1 lb

How to make congo squares:

Preheat oven to 350°. Grease jelly roll pan. Mix brown sugar, butter and eggs until well blended. Sift dry ingredients and add to sugar mixture; mix well. Add chips and pecans. Spread in prepared pan. Bake at 350° for approximately 25 minutes.
