Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- pkg - 1 oz
- water - 1/2 c
- nuts - 1/2 c
- whipping cream - 1 c
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- box unflavored gelatin - 1 item
How to make congealed salad:
Cook gelatin, sugar and water for 1 minute. Remove from heat and let cool. While this mixture is cooling, blend together the cream cheese and the whipping cream (use the whipping cream as it comes from the carton). Add the cream mixture and the nuts.
