Ingredients/Components
- cream cheese - 1 (8
- miniature marshmallows - 1 item
- pecans - 1 c
- large can fruit cocktail - 1 item
- small box lemon Jell-O - 1 item
- celery optional - 1 c
How to make congealed salad:
Mix cream cheese and Jell-O together. Pour 1 cup of hot water over. You may use the juice from the fruit cocktail as well. Mix with mixer. Add cocktail. Add nuts and celery. Mix well. Cover with marshmallows and refrigerate.NOTE: I do not use the celery in this recipe.
