Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 c
- hot water - 2 c
- pecans - 1/2 c
- Knox gelatine - 1 tsp
- frozen strawberries - 1 pkg
- strawberry jello - 2 pkg
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
How to make congealed salad:
Mix jello with water. Add berries, pineapple and nuts. Pour 1/2 mixture in Pyrex dish and congeal. Add sour cream over this. Then pour rest of mixture over this and congeal.Recipe categories: Salads, Side dish, Heirloom/historical.
