Ingredients/Components
- peas - 1/2 c
- long grain rice, cooked - 1 c
- sliced bacon, diced - 1/2 lb
- diced carrots, parboiled - 1 c
- diced celery, parboiled - 1 c
How to make confetti rice:
In large skillet, cook bacon until crisp. Remove to paper towels; drain all but 3 tablespoons of the drippings. Add rice, carrots, celery and peas; cook until heated through, about 5 to 7 minutes. Stir in bacon.Recipe categories: Side dish, Pork, Bacon.
