Ingredients/Components

• salt - 2 tsp
• pepper - 2 tsp
• Worcestershire sauce - 5 tsp
• mustard - 3/4 c
• ground beef - 2 lb
• finely chopped onion
• bottle ketchup - 1 item
• cans Spanish style tomato sauce - 2 item

How to make coney island hot dog sauce:

Fry ground beef and onion until brown. Let cool. Put in blender until fine. Then add ketchup, tomato sauce, salt, pepper, mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Combine and simmer 1 hour. Can be frozen for later use.
