- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1 tsp
- large onion - 1 item
- large bell pepper - 1 item
- large ripe tomato - 1 item
- conch - 1 lb
- heavy dash of pepper - 1 item
- flour enough to hold fritter together - 1 item
How to make conch fritters:
Grind conch fine. Chop up pepper, tomato and onion. Beat eggs well. Mix these ingredients, adding salt, black pepper and flour.
