Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1 pt
- butter - 1/4 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- can Durkee onions - 1 item
- frozen hash brown potatoes, cubed - 2 lb
How to make company potatoes:
Saute 1/2 cup onions in butter. Add soup, potatoes and sour cream. Put in a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish. Top with 2 cups Cheddar cheese. Sprinkle Durkee onions on top. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Yield: Serves 12 people.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
