Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 lb
- sour cream - 1 pt
- butter - 1/4 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 2 c
- crushed corn flakes - 1 c
How to make company potatoes:
Saute onion in butter until transparent. Add cream of chicken soup, potatoes and sour cream. Mix well. Spoon into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan. Add topping: Put on Cheddar cheese; on top of cheese, spread corn flakes. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Potato, Vegetables.
