Company chicken casserole
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- sliced almonds - 1/4 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- clove garlic, minced - 1 item
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- cooked chicken - 4 c
- chicken broth - 2 c
- chopped red pepper - 2 Tbsp
- chicken bouillon granules - 2 tsp
- frozen hash brown potatoes - 32 oz
- can cream of chicken soup, undiluted - 1 item
- sliced mushrooms, drained - 4 oz
How to make company chicken casserole:
Place thawed potatoes in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Place chicken and mushrooms over potatoes. Stir together remaining ingredients except almonds and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with almonds. Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
