  • pkg - 1 oz
  • sour cream - 1/2 c
  • chopped green pepper - 2 Tbsp
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • cottage cheese - 1 c
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • small cans tomato sauce - 2 item
  • ground beef, browned and drained - 1 lb

How to make company casserole:

To the browned and drained ground beef, add the green pepper, onion, salt and pepper to taste and the tomato sauce. Simmer until it has cooked some. Prepare the noodles according to directions. Rinse and drain. Blend together the cream cheese, cottage cheese and sour cream. Grease a 2-quart baking dish. Preheat oven to 350°. Make a layer of noodles, cheese and tomatoes and meat sauce. Repeat until all is used. Bake, covered, for 30 minutes. Serve 6 to 8.
