Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1/4 lb
- Velveeta cheese - 8 oz
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 25 item
- to 2 heads fresh broccoli, cooked - 1 item
How to make company broccoli:
Crush crackers. Melt margarine and add to cracker crumbs. Grease a 2-quart casserole. Put 1/2 of crumb mixture in bottom. On top of crumbs put 1/2 pound cheese, cubed. On top of that place cooked broccoli. Top with remaining cracker crumbs. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes, covered.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Broccoli.
