Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- vinegar
- medium onion - 1 item
- celery seed - 1 tsp
- medium green pepper - 1 item
- mustard seed - 1 tsp
- medium head cabbage - 1 item
- medium carrots - 2 item
- to 4 stalks celery - 3 item
How to make coleslaw:
Dressing:3/4 c. vinegar1 c. sugar1 tsp. mustard seed1 tsp. celery seed Prepare vegetables as you would for coleslaw.Dressing: Combine and bring to a boil just until sugar has dissolved. Pour over vegetables; cover and refrigerate. Invert or stir every 2 days. This will keep well in refrigerator for 1 or 2 weeks.
