Cole slaw dressing

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• eggs - 2 item
• flour - 1 tsp
• vinegar - 1 c
• mustard - 1 tsp
• mayonnaise - 2 Tbsp
• salt and pepper - 1 item
• large lump butter - 1 item

How to make cole slaw dressing:

Heat vinegar, sugar and butter in a saucepan. Beat eggs and flour until smooth. Pour in vinegar mixture until it starts to boil. Stir until it thickens. Chill. Add salt and pepper to taste. Add mayonnaise and mustard to cabbage when ready to serve.
