Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- salad oil - 1/2 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- small head cabbage, shredded - 1 item
- medium-sized green pepper, chopped - 1 item
How to make cole slaw:
Combine cabbage, pepper and oil in mixing bowl. Make dressing by mixing oil, vinegar, sugar and salt. Make hole in center of vegetable mixture and pour dressing in hole. Let stand 3 hours in the refrigerator. Toss before serving. Yields 8 servings.Recipe categories: < 30 mins, Salads, 3 steps or less.
