Cole slaw
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 C
- salt - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/4 C
- vinegar - 3/4 C
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- celery salt - 1 tsp
- carrot, grated - 1 item
- small onion, grated - 1 item
- bag shredded cabbage
How to make cole slaw:
Mix vegetables and sprinkle with sugar. Boil remaining ingredients for 3 minutes. Pour over cabbage and mix well. Cover and refrigerate. Stir before serving. This will keep up to three weeks.Recipe categories: < 30 mins, Salads, 3 steps or less.
