Cole slaw



Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 Tbsp
- water - 2 c
- white sugar - 2 c
- medium onions, chopped - 2 item
- white vinegar - 2 c
- mustard seed - 1 Tbsp
- cabbage, grated - 3 lb
- green peppers, cut fine - 2 item
How to make cole slaw:
Boil together first 3 ingredients and set aside to cool. When this dressing is cool, pour over other ingredients and mix well. Refrigerate at least 2 4 hours before serving. It is good as long as you keep it. This serves 8 people.Recipe categories: < 30 mins, Salads, 3 steps or less.
