Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- onion, diced - 3/4 c
- celery, diced - 3/4 c
- green pepper, diced - 3/4 c
- sauerkraut juice - 7 8
- small jar pimento, drained - 1 item
- jar sauerkraut, drained save juice - 1 oz
How to make cole slaw:
Mix ingredients together and bring to a boil for 3 minutes. Pour over the ingredients you set aside. Keep in refrigerator.This can be made up several days ahead.
