  • sugar - 3 c
  • eggs - 6 item
  • vanilla - 1 Tbsp
  • milk - 1 c
  • flour - 3 c
  • baking powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Crisco - 1/2 c
  • soft margarine - 1 c

How to make cold oven cake:

Have all ingredients at room temperature. Cream sugar and shortening. Add eggs, one at a time. Sift flour and baking powder together. Add alternately with milk. Add vanilla. Put in a greased and floured Bundt pan. Put in cold oven and bake 1 1/2 hours at 325°.
