Ingredients/Components
- milk - 3/4 c
- sour cream - 8 oz
- green food coloring - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup - 1 item
- celery salt - 1 item
- medium cucumbers, peeled, seeded and cut in chunks - 2 item
How to make cold cucumber soup:
Blend first 4 ingredients in blender. Add celery salt to taste and a small amount of green food coloring. Refrigerate and serve cold. Nice served with chopped chives on top.Recipe categories: Low protein, Appetizers, Soups & stews.
