Ingredients/Components
- bottle Coca-Cola - 1 oz
- large chuck or bottom round roast - 1 item
- Knorr dry onion soup mix - 1 pkg
How to make cola roast:
Brown unseasoned roast in frying pan. Place in foil lined pan or baking dish. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Pour in cola drink. Cover and seal tightly with foil. Bake at 325° until tender.
