  • salt - 1 tsp
  • vegetable oil - 3 Tbsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • garlic salt - 1/2 tsp
  • bottle chile sauce - 1 oz
  • can cola - 1 oz
  • bottom round beef roast* - 1 (4
  • Red Hot or Tabasco Sauce

How to make cola roast:

*Sirloin tip or top round do not need as much time.

Combine first three ingredients and rub all over roast surface. Brown roast in oil on all sides in a Dutch oven. Drain off the oil. Combine the remaining ingredients and pour over roast. Cover and bake at 325° for 3 hours or until done. Make gravy from liquid.
