Ingredients/Components
- oil - 3 Tbsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 item
- Tabasco sauce - 1 item
- chuck roast - 3 4
- bottle chili sauce - 1 oz
- salt, pepper and garlic salt - 1 item
- small bottle Coca-Cola - 1 item
How to make coke roast:
Score roast in several places. Fill each slit with salt, pepper and garlic salt. Sear roast on all sides in oil. Remove and blot fat from roast. Place in foil lined pan. Pour Coke and chili sauce over roast, then shake Worcestershire and Tabasco sauce over roast. Cover loosely with foil and bake at 325° for 3 1/2 hours.
