  • sugar - 2 c
  • eggs - 2 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • flour - 2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • buttermilk - 1/2 c
  • miniature marshmallows - 2 c
  • sticks butter - 2 item
  • box powdered sugar - 1 item
  • cocoa heaping - 2 Tbsp
  • Coke - 1/2 c
  • Heat butter, cocoa and Coke to boiling point

How to make coke cake:

Combine sugar and flour. Heat butter, cocoa and Coke to boiling point. Pour this over flour-sugar mixture and mix well. In another bowl, add buttermilk, eggs, soda, vanilla and marshmallows. Combine the two mixtures. Bake in sheet cake pan at 350° for 30 minutes or until done.Icing:1 stick butter6 Tbsp. Coke1 box powdered sugar1 Tbsp. cocoa (heaping)1 c. chopped nuts Heat butter, cocoa and Coke to boiling. Add powdered sugar and nuts. Spread on cake.
