Ingredients/Components
- ginger - 1/4 tsp
- instant coffee - 1 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- dry white wine - 1/3 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- to 6 chicken breasts - 4 item
How to make coffee chicken:
Salt and pepper chicken breasts. Brown in butter in hot skillet. Then place in casserole dish. Mix rest of ingredients and simmer in same skillet until well blended. Pour over chicken. Bake, covered, for 1 hour at 325°.Recipe categories: Main dish, One Dish meal, Whole chicken.
