  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • eggs - 4 item
  • vanilla - 1/2 tsp
  • milk - 3 Tbsp
  • chopped nuts - 1 c
  • brown sugar
  • water - 3/4 c
  • butter flavoring - 1/2 tsp
  • corn oil - 3/4 c
  • instant vanilla pudding - 1 serving
  • box white cake mix - 1 item
  • Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts
  • each: vanilla and butter flavoring - 1 tsp

How to make coffee cake:

Filling:2/3 c. brown sugar1 tsp. cinnamon1 c. chopped nuts Combine first 7 ingredients and beat for 8 minutes. Mix brown sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Pour 1/2 the batter in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the filling mixture; pour in remaining batter and sprinkle with remaining filling. Bake in a 375° oven for 25 minutes. Right after baking, drizzle the following frosting over the coffee cake.Frosting:1 c. powdered sugar3 Tbsp. milk1 tsp. each: vanilla and butter flavoring Mix until smooth. Makes 24 squares.
