Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 4 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- water - 1 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- pecans, chopped - 1/2 c
- large instant vanilla pudding - 1 item
- box yellow cake mix with pudding in mix - 1 item
How to make coffee cake:
Topping:1/2 c. sugar1 tsp. cinnamon1/2 c. pecans, chopped Mix cake mix. Add 1 egg at a time and beat well. Add all the ingredients. Pour cake in a well-greased and floured Bundt pan. Sprinkle the topping over the cake before baking and swirl the cake with a knife. Bake at 325° for 1 hour.
