  • cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
  • milk - 3/8 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • butter - 1/4 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • egg - 1 item
  • all-purpose flour
  • light brown sugar - 1 c

How to make coffee cake:

Sift together flour, sugar, salt and cinnamon. Cut in butter and then add baking powder, egg and milk. Save 1/4 cup of mixture. After butter is cut in, sprinkle this over top of cake. Bake at 375° for 25 to 30 minutes.
