Coffee cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
• eggs - 2 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• butter - 1 c
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• nuts - 3/4 c

How to make coffee cake:

Cream together first 4 ingredients. Sift together flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt. Add to first mixture. Mix together cinnamon and nuts. Pour into Bundt pan 1/2 mixture and 1/3 cinnamon and nut mixture. Add rest of mixture and sprinkle rest of cinnamon mixture over top of mixture. Start in a cold oven. Turn on at 350°. Bake for approximately 45 to 50 minutes.
