  • yellow cake mix - 1 pkg
  • instant coconut cream pudding - 1 pkg
  • water - 3/4 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • eggs - 4 item
  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cinnamon - 2 tsp
  • nuts - 1 item

How to make coffee cake:

Beat first 5 ingredients for 6 minutes. Combine sugar, cinnamon and nuts. Put half of batter into greased pan; put half of nut mixture over batter. Add remaining batter and mixture. Bake at 350° until done. Poke holes in warm cake with fork; pour thin frosting over.
