Coffee cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• cinnamon - 1 Tbsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 1 Tbsp
• brown sugar
• baking powder - 2 tsp
• melted butter - 2 Tbsp
• sifted flour - 1 c
• beaten egg - 1 item

How to make coffee cake:

Topping:1/4 c. brown sugar1 Tbsp. cinnamon1 Tbsp. flour Combine egg, sugar and melted butter. Mix flour, baking powder and salt; add to creamed mixture. Mix well and pour into greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan. Sprinkle with topping. Bake at 375° for 20 to 25 minutes.

Topping: Mix well and put on cake before baking.
