Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 1 tsp
- sour cream - 1 c
- chopped nuts - 1/2 c
- flour - 2 c
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- soda - 1 tsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- stick oleo - 1 item
- melted oleo - 2 tsp
How to make coffee cake:
Cream together well the eggs, sugar and oleo. Add the flour, soda, baking powder, sour cream and vanilla. Prepare topping by mixing the brown sugar, cinnamon, remaining flour, oleo and nuts. Spoon into a 10-inch tube pan (greased and floured) and layer in the topping. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
