• packed brown sugar - 1/3 c
• egg - 1 item
• Bisquick
• Bisquick baking mix - 2 c
• milk or water - 2/3 c
• firm margarine or butter - 2 tsp

How to make coffee cake:

Streusel Topping:1/3 c. Bisquick1/3 c. packed brown sugar1/2 tsp. cinnamon2 tsp. firm margarine or butter Mix until crumbly. Heat oven to 375°. Grease round pan (9 x 1 1/2-inches). Mix ingredients except streusel topping. Beat 30 seco
