Coconut sour cream cake
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- carton sour cream - 1 oz
- powdered sugar - 2 c
- whipped cream or Cool Whip - 1/2 c
- butter flavor cake mix - 1 pkg
How to make coconut sour cream cake:
Prepare cake mix according to directions, making 2 layers, then split each layer when cool.Blend together sour cream, sugar and coconut and chill. Spread all but 1 cup of this mix between layers. Blend the rest of the sour cream mixture with Cool Whip and ice cake. Store in airtight container and refrigerate for 3 days before serving. Keep refrigerated.
