Ingredients/Components
- confectioners sugar - 1/4 c
- almond extract - 1/2 Tbsp
- all-purpose flour - 1 c
- ground almonds - 3/4 c
- flaked or shredded coconut - 3/4 c
- butter or soft margarine - 1 c
- quick or old fresh oats, uncooked - 1 c
How to make coconut snowballs:
Mix all ingredients. Shape into 1-inch balls. Place 1-inch apart on an ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 250° for 10 to 12 minutes. Roll in confectioners sugar.Recipe categories: Frozen desserts, Punch beverage, Shakes.
